Accordingly, SUO Vishal Singh will receive the Medal, Baton, Trophy, Certificate, and Cash Incentive from the Honorable Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Modi, during RDC 2026 at Delhi Cantt.

Cadet Vishal from SRIT private engineering college in Jabalpur represented the 4 MP CTR NCC unit and gained recognition for his excellent work on the flag area presentation. He also demonstrated outstanding leadership skills and followed strict discipline to be the Best Cadet of the Army Wing in All India NCC, the most prestigious honor of the National Cadet Corps.
